Our approach is to treat all accessible areas for spiders.
A warranty period is also given for your peace of mind, should a re-infestation occur during this time, the area will be re-treated free of charge.
Notes:
- Checmicals used in spider treatments have a very low mammalian toxicity so you do not have to leave your home at all during treatment
- Areas where webbing is likely to occur are treated as well as areas of current infestation to maximise results
Australian spiders are notorious for the damage they can cause to humans and pets who are bitten by them, the most common of these in Sydney are the Red back and White tail spiders. Although there are many species of spiders that find their way into homes, most of these are usually fairly harmless, but can still be treated if required.
Spiders will make their webs anywhere, from inside letterboxes to bathrooms and windows, all of these areas attract other insects as a food source.
If you do not know what type of spider you have found, please do not touch it, many people are bitten trying to catch spiders, generally if you leave them alone, they will leave you alone but there are some things you can do to deter them such as not creating extra hiding places for them by picking up clothes that are on the floor, always remember to check your shoes before putting them on and wear gloves when gardening.
We can treat for all types of spiders with very effective chemicals that have minimal risk to you and your family.
Funnel webs are ground spiders and require a treatment directly to their holes or the spiders themselves, do not try to catch a funnel web spider. If you can, watch from a safe distance to see the general area where the hole may be and advise us at time of treatment.
If you are bitten by a funnel web spider, seek medical assistance immediately.
